The Obedience talisman/array takes momentary control of the target allowing another to overpower the target's will. This lasts for ten minutes and can be countered by strong will power.

There is NEVER an instance where Wei Wuxian will use it without me speaking to a player OOCly and confirming they would like to engage with it.
